Your satisfaction is our priority, but due to the nature of our products, we must adhere to strict safety and legal guidelines.
Policy Overview
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, undamaged packaging and must be unused and unfired. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our team; returns shipped without an RMA will be refused.
- Returns: Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We happily offer free exchanges for a different product or variant within 30 days, provided the original item meets the unused condition requirements.
- Defective Items: If you receive a product with a manufacturer defect, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please contact our Denver-based customer service team via email or phone to request your RMA number and instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Refunds, minus the restocking fee, will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
