We will not under any circumstances sell firearms or related items to prohibited persons as defined by federal law (18 U.S.C. § 922(g) and (n)). This includes, but is not limited to, individuals convicted of a felony, fugitives from justice, unlawful users of controlled substances, individuals adjudicated as mentally defective, and those subject to certain restraining orders. All sales are contingent upon successful completion of a required background check conducted by a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder, to whom your firearm will be shipped for transfer.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment is processed and an order confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inability to verify legal compliance.
